Welcome!

Ok, so we stole the idea to start a blog from our good friends Kevin and Emily. We think it's a great way to share pictures and info with friends and family that don't get to see us often. Anyway, thanks for stopping by.

We are very anxious about the impending arrival of our little one. Only a few more weeks to go now! It's hard to believe that something we have wanted, prayed for and waited on for so long is nearly here.

We'll keep this page up to date and posted with plenty of pictures once the baby is here.

By the way, who says that guys don't have fun at baby showers? Just look at that smile!

I am so excited for you both! Great idea for the BLOG (even if it is a borrowed idea!). This will be great for us to see the little one grow and see who he looks more like - mom or dad? :) Enjoy these last few weeks of preparation! Jess and Andy Breish

The girls and I had a wonderful time at your shower. It was so good to see everyone and so exciting to share those moments of preparation and celebration for Gavin. Your mom told me you've gone through your "nesting", everything in the house is scrubbed clean and ready. Do keep active but seriously, go to bed early each night and get plenty of rest...you are storing energy for the most challenging endurance event you've ever taken on. Once the game is on, there are no commercials, time-outs, or rest periods.....and I'm talking specifically about the birth process, but let's be realistic, you may as well say you're about to become members of the 24/7 Club. There is no vacation in the perceivable future from your responsibility and devotion to Gavin...not that you or Hani would want one. Enjoy these last moments as a childless couple, but savor all those that follow because there is no better blessing in this world. Sending all of our love from just south of the Mason-Dixon line.
